Special Issue Information- Vol 2 No 1, July 2024

Dear Colleagues,

We are delighted to announce the call for potential submissions to a special issue of the European Journal of Advanced Computing and Management on the topic of Linguistics, Technology, and Management. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your expertise and share your pioneering research with a global audience.

We are particularly interested in empirical research that explores how these fields intersect to improve educational practices, technological integration, and institutional management. By combining innovative language teaching techniques with technology and effective management practices, we believe we can significantly enhance multilingual education, fostering inclusive, data-driven learning environments and promoting cross-cultural understanding. Potential themes include but are not limited to:

  1. Linguistic approaches to language teaching and learning, including classroom pedagogies, teacher development, and curriculum design
  2. Integration of technology in language education, such as digital tools, online platforms, and artificial intelligence applications
  3. Educational leadership and management in language institutions, focusing on policy development, resource allocation, and data-driven decision-making
  4. Cross-cultural and multilingual education, exploring sociolinguistics, language policy, and intercultural communication
  5. Computational linguistics and language processing technologies, including AI and data analytics

Manuscript Submission Information

Manuscripts should be submitted online at https://ejacm.com/index.php/ojs2/user/register by registering and logging in to this website. Once you are registered, you can go to the submission form. All submissions that pass pre-check will go through a double-blind peer-review process. Research articles, review articles, and short articles are invited.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere. A guide for authors and other relevant information for submitting manuscripts is available on the Instructions for Authors page.

Timeline:

  1. Opening of submission portal for full manuscripts: July 5, 2024
  2. Closure of portal for new submission: August 30, 2024
  3. Decision on acceptance of manuscript: September 20, 2024
  4. Tentative date for publication: December 2024
